My home is New York City, but can work with clients across the U.S.

We focus primarily on creating modern customer and patient experiences through enhanced tools, processes, training and physical infrastructure.

About Me

In 2013 I graduated from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and a minor in Political Science. In 2015, I earned my Master’s Degree in Information Management and Technology from the School of Information Studies at Syracuse University.

Since moving back to New York City, I’ve spent my professional career focusing on innovation strategies and projects that improve business performance through enhanced customer experiences. 

After spending 3 years at JetBlue Airways developing customer and crewmember technologies, I brought this same philosophy to private specialty medical practices as the need for innovation and patient focused programs is more prominent than every before.

Over more than a year, my time has been spent proving out model and strategies to be effective in the often misunderstood field of medicine, and I look forward to helping medical organizations and customer-focused brands reach their maximum potential through innovation.
